Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We take Utmost care to supply the products to our customers. However, if the product is defective or wrong product received, you may return it to us for a STORE CREDIT. Refund will not be issued in any case. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please login to your account. Under Account, please select ORDER, Click on RETURN against the particular order. You can type in your details and attach picture expaining the reason for Return.
After Receiving a confirmation email with RMA Number from us, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and courier or mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once your return is processed, the amount after deducting the return charges will be credited to your STORE CREDIT. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
